Jonathan was engaged to provide programming support for the FSANZ data management system the Australian Nutrient Data Bank (ANDB). ANDB ls a custom
bullt system flrst bullt ln the mid-1990s. The system operates as a Client-Server application with all data managed by Microsoft SQL Server. The Graphic User Interface. data-input validation. business rules and nutrient calculation tasks are performed at the desktop by a custom written application using the Omnis Studio development toolset. Jonathan was able to assist FSANZ at very short notice when our previous programmer was unable to continue providing FSANZ with programming support. While working for FSANZ Jonathan has implemented an upgrade of ANDB so that lt is more user friendly and efficient and developed a solution that enables FSANZ to load analytical data.
