I have over 6 years of talent acquisition and recruitment process design, extensive experience using ATS to make processes trackable and keep teams accountable.
I am also a performance coach which further enhances my ability to assess performance aptitude of a candidate and to develop processes that reveal a candidates performance fit.
Work Terms
I have flexible working hours and working arrangements, but generally I am available between 0600 hrs and 2000 hrs EAT.
