Work Terms

Availability: I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time / NY). I am also open to urgent or weekend projects upon request to meet your specific deadlines.

Communication: I prioritize clear and timely communication. I prefer using the Guru Message Center for all project-related discussions to ensure a clear record of our goals. You can typically expect a response within 2–4 hours during my business hours.

Payment & Milestones: For larger projects, I prefer using Guru’s SafePay with a milestone-based structure (e.g., 25% upfront, 75% upon final delivery). For smaller, one-off tasks, a single payment upon completion is perfectly fine.
Revisions: Client satisfaction is my top priority. I include up to two rounds of minor revisions to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your expectations.
