IT professional with a 14-year background in system administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, network management and software development for the Academic and Private sectors.

I started my I.T. career focusing on System and Network administration configuring and troubleshooting workstations, servers and network devices. I also managed various database systems and wrote web and console applications to provide specific functionality required by academic departments and companies. Recently I have started focusing on database design and maintenance along with writing applications for reporting, data analysis and data manipulation. I have written console applications on Linux and Windows systems using C/C++ and C# and Windows Forms applications using C#. I have written SQL queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and T-SQL along with stored procedures, user defined functions and SSIS packages for MSSQL Server. I am currently working on certifications for Oracle 11g SQL fundamentals and MSSQL Server 2012 Database Fundamentals.
