About

I am a technical specialist with a understanding of the bottom line and who cares about my clients.

I believe that there is a very valuable middle ground between the bottom line and treating your clients correctly. My clientele has always enjoyed working with me because I am not afraid to come out "off the clock" and assist for something minor. I enjoy technology and have a home lab at home I use to test and deploy new and upcoming technology. I majored in computer network systems and security at a Joint Vocational School in Knox County Ohio and have worked to earn several industry standard certificates.

Work Terms

I prefer communications over email or other recordable means of communications. Phone calls are allowed, but prior to us starting the call, I will request permission to record that call for training, evaluation, and for legal purposes.

I reserve the right to refuse any client and may do so with or without reason.

Parts must be bought in advanced by the client. Otherwise it will be billed to the client and may take additional time to complete the requested job.

I work a normal "9-5" job so any work for my clients will be done on a day-to-day basis between the hours of 7am (EST) and 9am (EST) and between the hours of 7pm (EST) and 9pm (EST) Sunday through Thursday. In addition, I am available for extended hours on Friday and Saturday as needed.
