My name is Josh and I have been working as a Construction Estimator and Project Manager for the last 6 years. My main proficiencies in the field have been related to hurricane relief inspections in NJ for Hurricane Sandy and PR for Hurricane Maria. I am certified in Xactimate and am open to working any type of project; restoration or proposals for new construction.
Work Terms
My current project I am employed with has primary working hours in the evening and night so I am open to working projects during morning and afternoon.
