Creating emotional stickiness requires this shift in focus. Stepping away from only communicating product stories to creating conversations. It involves branding by identifying the key areas of interest amongst the various stakeholders of the brand.

I help B2B service business CEOs & their marketing teams grow emotional likeability for their brands through my ‘Triple M’ strategy framework. That gives a marketing strategy, a communication plan & a content strategy as action plans. Together they deliver the growth you want to achieve.

My methodology is an outcome of the learnings I’ve had in marketing leadership roles over 30 years, in management consulting, financial services, marketing technology, social media management, education, learning & development, tourism & hospitality, and telecommunication, across South-East Asia.

Work Terms

1. A 60 minutes free call to understand the requirement.
2. Clients can opt for the 6 or 11 interactive sessions for strategy development (with a max of 5 people from the team for all sessions).
3. Followed with booking a specific number of consulting hours per month on a monthly retainer. On this a minimum 3 months of advisory time has to be booked.
4. Stand alone projects covering strategic marketing planning are also taken on. In this clients need to provide a project brief. Based on which there would be an initial, free, 60 minute call for clarifications. Post that the work proposal covering scope, timelines and cost will be submitted for acceptance.
5. Payment terms:
-- For commissioning of work 30% advance payment.
-- At mutually agreed milestones within the project two payments of 25% each is to be made.
-- Before submission of strategy document balance 20% payment is to be made.
-- Consulting time booked on monthly basis requires the agreed monthly fee to be paid in advance for the month.
