Work Terms

I am available Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM GMT, which covers full business hours for both UK clients (GMT/BST) and US clients across Eastern, Central, and Pacific time zones. I respond to messages within 1–2 hours during these hours and am flexible with deadlines when urgent work comes up. For payment, I accept payments platform accesible to country, with a 50% deposit required upfront for new clients and the remaining 50% upon delivery, milestone payments are also welcome for larger projects. I prefer clear written communication through the platform's messaging system so everything stays documented, I am also happy to schedule a quick kick-off chat on any platform for bigger projects to make sure we are fully aligned before I begin. I provide regular progress updates, always confirm receipt of instructions, include revisions at no extra charge, and treat all client information with complete confidentiality.
