An overview of my experience is as follows:
- 10 years in a management/executive position: hiring, training, and directing up to 25 employees and operations
- 5 years experience in an international management position in project management, organization development, logistics & mobilization
- 5+ years experience in training and curriculum development
- 2 years experience in humanitarian work, serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault & rape, human trafficking, refugees
