I have worked in the banking, manufacturing and hotel industries. Here , i was tasked with getting clients online and also visiting them. I developed brochures that were targeting specific clients. I also helped edit manuals and catalogues and thus gained experience here. Every industry is unique. In banking, i mostly communicated to customers through the telephone. The customers would enquire on their accounts, loan status and credit card details. I learnt the art and skill of listening and having the right information. In the hotel industry, we mostly communicated through emails . We would send the clients our rates, special offers, congratulatory messages on their special days like birthdays and anniversaries. believe that every client is unique and should be listened to so as to give them the best service that they require. Thus, i make it my duty to listen to my clients and extend this care to them by giving them the best quality work in the minimum time possible.

Work Terms

During the day, i operate on an eight hour non stop schedule which sometimes extends to the evenings. I endeavour to work at speed at the same time giving keen attention to detail. This includes editing the document, proof reading and advising my clients how their articles would look better. This means that my customers are able to get me throughout. My clients can communicate to me online through the email or by my personal line. If possible, i would prefer to be paid through mpesa. I will give quality work for the work given and deliver it with the given timelines.
