Was not 100% satisfied with the end results of the illustrations. The first set went pretty well, but there was a lack of understanding there when I asked for certain revisions to be done. What I received was illustrations without facial features (like a nose) and lack of attention to detail, such as the illustration not depicting what was written in the text. Joyeeta was a pleasure to work with though and she communicated quickly with me. I would give her another chance, but I would require fewer illustrations at a time to make sure everything was done as desired instead of asking for bulk revisions.
