JP-COPY-PILOT helps businesses turn source files and product information into clear, usable deliverables. Based in Kyoto, Japan, the service is operated by 合同会社ＵＮ (UN LLC, a Japanese limited liability company).

Core services include Excel and CSV cleanup, Word and PDF formatting, and Japanese product descriptions based on your supplied product facts. Small, clearly scoped data-processing tasks can also be discussed.

Every project starts with an agreed scope, file formats, acceptance criteria and deadline. An initial sample is reviewed before full production, and the final files are checked against the agreed requirements. Deliverables can include editable source files, a change summary and a list of questions or unresolved items, as appropriate to the project.

Send a brief description of the task, an example of the desired output, and the approximate number of files, rows or words. A fixed-price scope can then be agreed before work begins.

Work Terms

Business hours: Monday to Friday, Japan Standard Time (UTC+9), excluding Japanese public holidays. Written communication through Guru.

Projects begin after the scope, source files, acceptance criteria, price and delivery date are agreed, and the corresponding Guru SafePay funds are in place. Delivery dates are confirmed for each project.

A representative sample is reviewed before the full batch is completed. Final files are checked against the supplied source and agreed requirements. Editable source files and a reference PDF are included where specified in the quote.

One consolidated revision within the agreed brief is included unless the quote specifies otherwise. Corrections to our factual or formatting errors are handled separately from that revision allowance. New material or an expanded scope is quoted separately.

Please confirm any confidentiality or material-handling requirements before sharing non-public files. Communication, agreements and payment remain on Guru.
