Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST). I typically respond to messages within 2–4 hours during working hours.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 24–48 hours for short-form content. Long-form or technical projects are delivered within 3–5 business days depending on scope.
Payment Terms: Full payment or 50% advance required before project commencement. Milestone-based payments available for large projects. All major payment methods accepted.
Revisions: Up to 3 free revisions included with every order. Additional revisions available at a nominal fee.
Preferred Communication: I prefer clear project briefs upfront — including topic, target audience, tone, word count, and any reference links. Communication via platform messaging is preferred for all project discussions.
