I'm a CGI artist with Architecture degree. I've been working in such branches for 9 years in Mexico and Poland. Most of the projects I've worked on are related to exterior architectural vosualizations, including floorplans and huge-scale siteplans and masterplans as well, some of them adapted to a drone photo.
Work Terms
Hours of operation: 17:00-21:00.
Payment terms: deposit of 20% in advance once both sides agree the terms.
Preferred communication style: chat messages is most flexible way for me.
-Before starting a project - In order to have a successful workflow, at least floorplans and a couple of facades would be great to receive. Moodboard (if any at all) and preferred style are also welcome.
-When the project is going on - Much communication fro both sides. It doesn't matter that some questions may sound repetitive as long as the concept in turn and the agreement will be 100% understood after that.
