I am a GIS/RS/Autocad professional and have more than 12 years of experience in the field of GIS/RS and AutoCAD Designing. Recently working as a GIS expert in the balakot hydropower project funded by the ADB. My key responsibilities were the establishment of the control network throughout the vicinity of the project area and carrying out aerial topographic surveys through the drone and submitting the complete survey report to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Arial Photogrammetric Survey for Balakot HPP, Including Weir site, Reservoir area, Powerhouse, Colony area, Switchyard.
Image rectification and processing, Including Dens Point Classification, Lidar Points Classification, Generating 3D mesh, Extract Digital Terrain Model and Orthomosaic image.
Establishment of a Geodetic Network in the entire project area
Maintained of land judgment and settlement records, data, documents, case registers, and proceedings of the Balakot Hydropower Project.
Ensuring preparation of land adjudication and settlement progress reports BHPP.
Processing of appeal case files to facilitate hearing of BHPP local Community.
Managing land settlement records of the BHPP.
Checking teams and plotting on the Preliminary Index Diagrams.
Collecting baseline information for planning of Balakot Hydropower Project
Implementing a complete, GIS based, Land Information System for the project area
Lead GIS and RS activities that include Geo-referencing, pre-processing and processing of satellite images and preparation of any maps required.
Using tools to join together different GIS datasets and create new information or investigate patterns
Part of the LARP team (Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan)
Good communication with the Revenue Department including AC, Gardawar and Patwari
Demarcation of the Land Acquisition Boundary
Reports and Documentation
