I am a 2D Animator with a focus on 2D Effects Animation from the Savannah
College of Art and Design.
Each project I worked on was deadline-driven and dependent on meeting the
quality standards set by the director. I created water, smoke, dust, lightning, and
other aspects of effects animation when working on films such as Rapture and
Smoot. When working on Rapture, I built and aided the storytelling of the film with
the use of a dynamic explosion that coincided with the character animation in front.
While working on Saving Green, I created consistent 2D effects designs across
numerous scenes with 3D character animation. Communicating with each director
for the films to build upon and meet the needed motion and weight for each effect
was important to completing the films.
Through my past experiences, I have worked towards creating animations with both
quality and speed.
