I have been in manufacturing since 1995. I was introduced to machining by my father who was also a craftsman/designer. I started working right out of High School in a machine shop at 17 years old. My path to where I am today has excelled, I started as a machinist, than became a Mold Maker, than became a Mold Design/Design Engineer and finally where I am at today which is a Product Development Manager.
I have a multitude of resources that I can bring to your project. If you wanted to create any new product that is going to be made from plastic, I will be able to offer you a number of different options as to how we can get it designed & manufactured. Maybe you only want to use folks in the USA for the tooling/mold build or maybe you have a budget that will be more fixed towards a cheaper route, I have all the connections in order. If you'd like me to design the tooling (Injection Mold) for you, I can do that also, sometimes this route can save you money.
I can also provide you with billet machined products, same details as above applies, I have many different pricing options available. Price will depend on where we have the machined parts made, I know all my vendors personally and have great reputations with them. I can assure you a quality made product.
When it comes to billet machined products I will end up doing the design work on the product (with your input of course) so that it is designed in a way that is most practical for machining. If you've started a concept design, then I can pick up where you left off and get the project back on track.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation: M-F I periodically check in here. I will get back to you as soon as I see any message from you. Typically unless the project is time sensitive and we both agree to that upfront, I will conduct designing Monday thru Friday.
Payment Terms: All projects will start with a Quote Worksheet; which will list all the desired items to the best of both the customer and myself knowledge. 50%/25%/25% Payment Structure (unless agreed upon differently); All projects that are placed with me will require an upfront payment of 50% down (50% of total quoted hours on Quote Worksheet). The remaining 50% will be split up into another two payments; 25% after approved prototype; and remaining 25% at completion of project. "Completion of Project" is the time in which you have either received a final file (final file will have all the desired features completed as per quote) or you've received final physical product (from production run or 3D Print or SLA etc.). All additional changes after project placement will incur a price increase of my hourly rate; "Additional Changes" meaning any additional features/ideas that were not notated on Quote Worksheet. We will be sure to go over the Quote Worksheet in detail with you before starting the project. Most projects will need changes brought about during the design, I will do my best to work with you on these items as they come about. I am a fair person and I expect the same.
