About

Passionate, hard worker dedicated to advancing technology from an engineering standpoint.

My name is Justin Freeman, and I am currently a mechanical engineering student at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. I was born and raised here, and plan to stay here for the rest of my life. I grew up playing baseball and ended up winning two state championships in high school. Due to shoulder injuries, I was not able to play in college.

I grew up in a Christian church, and my morals are extremely important to me. My goal is to be a good influence and role model on everyone around me with hopes of planting a seed that God will grow in their hearts.

As far as work experience goes, I started out at Discount Tire Co. as a tire technician. Within a couple of months, I got promoted to a crew chief who was responsible for leading 4 tire technicians at a time and coordinating the work that they did. After working there for a while, I was offered a job at a physical therapy clinic (I was doing physical therapy here for my shoulders), and I took it. The job paid more and had better hours; however, I did not enjoy this job in the slightest. After about six months of working there, I decided the physical therapy was not working for my shoulders, so I had to get surgery. This caused me to have to find a new place of employment which ended up being an engineering internship at a sheet metal manufacturing shop. This is where I gained my manufacturing experience and real life experience with 3D modeling and product design. From this experience and education, I have been able to design many products such as a mini 4WD car and a lock for a trailer door.

In summation, my passion is in the engineering field, and that is where I want to focus my talents while still in college. I have the skills to design products and make people's ideas come to life, so I figured I should put them to work any way I can. I look forward to gaining valuable engineering experience as well as helping people make their dreams come true.

Work Terms

I can work about 20 hours a week depending on the week, some weeks more than others. Regardless of my busy school schedule, I can be counted on to get projects done in a timely and cost effective manner.

For payment, I am willing to accept just about any form of payment, just run it by me and we can figure something out.

For communication, a text or call at any time during the day is perfectly acceptable.
