I'm an independent sub-contractor for over 15 years providing clients with design/ drafting services. On-site consultation has been offered to various clients in the areas of: Civil Engineering, GIS, Telecom, Structural, Environmental, Architectural Mining, Space Planning/ Tenant Improvements and 3D Modeling.


Previous Projects

• Facilities coordination with Nordstrom's downtown offices; verify furniture, space
planning and as-built drawings using Microstation.

• City of Renton - tenant improvements including space planning, field measurements and drafting of plans. 1100 bronson Way N

• civil design, site inspection & field measurements.Bjorgen Creek

• Midelem - tenant improvements including space planning, field measurements,
square footage calculations and drafting of plans. 36400 Woodward

• Redico - tenant improvements, field measurements, square footage calculations and drafting of plans. American Center

• Center Management - tenant improvements including space planning, field
measurements, square footage calculations and drafting of plans. - Buckingham Office Park

• I created 3D solids for sheet metal fabrication cabinets for sales catalog, also
shop drawings were produced for various customized parts - Vancouver Stainless Steel

• Measuring, sketching and drafting sheet metal fabrication drawings for heat
exchanger units HVAC were done using AutoCAD - Gasmaster Industries Inc.

• Drafting and revising of electrical/ mechanical floor plans for various commercial
clients; Alcan, EA Sports complex, plumbing and HVACs with the use of
architectural x-refs.

• Tank System prototype base design, assembly an 3D isometric views - Absolute
Lab


Software proficiency includes: ? AutoCAD 2012 & Civil 3D 2014, ArcMap, Roadview, AutoTurn Microstation V8, InRoads, Visio, Revit and MEP
Microsoft Office 2010: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Adobe Illustrator and Quickbooks
