I have been in the customer service industry for almost 7 years now. I have been a phone support representative for 3 years, working for companies such as Telus, Zoombak, Hilton Reservations and Verizon, to name a few. I was with my most recent stint for 4 years. I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a small e-commerce website based in California. I have gained a lot of techniques, knowledge and information by working with the said companies and I am looking forward to learn more as I try freelancing!
