I am a Litigation Advocate based in India with over 6+ years of courtroom and drafting experience, and focused professional practice in corporate, commercial, and insolvency-related legal work following the completion of a Diploma in Corporate Litigation (LawSikho) in February 2025.
My work primarily involves commercial contracts, breach of contract matters, legal notices, dispute strategy, and legal opinions, along with advisory and litigation support in NCLT / NCLAT proceedings, including Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code matters and shareholder disputes.

I have hands-on experience drafting court-ready documents such as plaints, written statements, appeals, affidavits, legal notices, and written arguments, as well as business-oriented legal documents including service agreements, recovery notices, cease-and-desist notices, and structured legal opinions.

I have also handled research and advisory assignments involving cross-border and offshore legal frameworks, and I regularly assist clients with pre-litigation risk assessment, dispute strategy, and compliance-focused legal drafting suitable for domestic and international business environments.
My approach is strategy-first and outcome-driven—I help clients not only with drafting, but with understanding legal exposure, procedural options, and commercially viable courses of action.
I am available for remote, freelance, and part-time legal work, including contract drafting, legal notices, legal opinions, litigation support, and dispute strategy advisory.
I have completed three paid assignments: 1. The prerequisite for Bankruptcy proceedings in the BAHAMAS. 2. A service agreement, 3. Substantive law for criminal defamation in India.

Work Terms

Only Remotely Part-Time Freelance work, availability 30 + hours/week.
Payment per hour on a project basis or as per contracts/ Negotiations.
