Work Terms

Payment Schedule
30% Advance – Project starts after upfront payment.
50% Midway – After initial milestone completion.
20% Final Payment – On project completion and delivery.
Scope of Work
All features agreed in the project brief will be delivered.
Any extra features outside the initial scope are additional and billed separately.
Timeline
Delivery timeline will be mutually agreed based on project complexity.
Client should provide timely feedback to avoid delays.
Daily Updates
You will receive daily progress updates on the project, including completed tasks, current development status, and next steps.
Revisions
Up to 2–3 free revisions included in the scope.
Additional revisions billed separately.
Ownership & Source Code
Client receives full ownership, source code, and documentation after final payment.
Support
Post-delivery support included for 15–30 days.
Extended support available at additional cost.
Cancellation / Termination
If client cancels after work has started, payment will be adjusted for completed work.
If developer cannot complete, full refund for incomplete work.
