Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Available Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (local time). Limited availability on weekends for urgent deadlines by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For larger projects, a 50% deposit may be required upfront, with the remainder due upon delivery. Retainer and milestone-based options are also available.

Preferred Communication:
Guru is the preferred method for ongoing communication, project updates, and document sharing. Video or phone calls can be scheduled as needed. I value clear, timely communication and strive to respond within 24 hours during business days.

Project Turnaround:
Timelines vary based on project scope and complexity. I work with clients to set realistic deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
