I have spent the last 11 years working in business systems analysis, consultancy, project management and software development, during that time I've logged thousands of hours liaising between business and IT teams, eliciting requirements, analyzing business needs, managing requirements lifecycle, overseeing testing and delivery, creating baselines, resolving problems, reporting progress, and focusing on delivering true value out of technology competencies that are aligned with business needs.
I am also an IIBA certified business analysis professional (CBAP), and PMI project management professional (PMP), I hold a Master’s degree in business information technology and a bachelor degree in computer engineering.
