Payment & Project Milestones:
For fixed-price projects, we work with milestones:
Discovery & Modeling (30%)
First Render Drafts (40%)
Final Delivery & Technical Documentation (30%).
All payments must be secured through Guru SafePay.
Revisions:
We provide 2 rounds of free revisions per project. Major design changes after the final render phase may require additional costs.
Communication:
We are available Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00 GMT+4). All project-related communication should be kept within Guru messages for documentation and security.
Lead Time:
Standard turnaround for a single room visualization is 3-5 business days once all technical requirements are provided.
