My career in IT started 8 years ago. First as customer support specialist, then manual tester and finally as Business Analyst. My experience is grown in big companies, such as Credit Europe Bank, UBS, Citigroup. Through out this period I've made thousands of calls and set up hundreds of meetings with clients to understand their pain and suggest technical solutions. My passion is to create great Agile documentation for the team so that everyone could understand what is required to be done in such complicated domain as Investment Banking. I always struggle for good product quality and complete acceptance testing before showing it to the client. And finally I'm always happy to see client's happy face after project is released.
