I am an experienced librarian who is looking to do some side work for people in need of assistance with grant, proposal, web, blog, or research writing.
I have worked in libraries since I was a teenager and have loved the research aspect of my job since day one. I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunities to build and grow my writing background in my career; I have presented at numerous conferences, worked with undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral candidate students & faculty in research and writing, and authored several successful (fully funded) grants. I have created and taught Grant Writing for Beginners courses for my current institution and for a national association.
I love to write, I love to proof and edit, and I love to work with people. I do not procrastinate, and I take my work very seriously.
Work Terms
I am available nights and weekends and am happy to work on either small or big projects.
