Worked on a range of industry leading repositioning and strategic partnering projects, transformational change and turnaround strategies. Excels in identifying an opportunity, and is an instinctive trader and idea generator. Has a real appreciation of customer dynamics, understanding how to grow loyalty through difficult times whilst executing strategic change. An individual, who successfully challenges the status quo, consistently maximizes the potential of key people, colleagues, and customers.

Advised blue chip corporations such as ATOC, BAA, Network Rail, Arriva, First Group, Crossrail, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Kier and Carillion, on strategic growth, business change and market/new development.

On a personal level, I have a wonderful family with whom I enjoy spending my time, including 4 horses and two beautiful dogs.

Work Terms

I work whatever hours are needed to deliver the job, I am flexible with location and happy to work overseas. I typically work on a day rate, but again I can be flexible with payment terms depending on the contractual arrangements, expenses incurred etc.
