I'm a engineering student and I'm still studying. I've learned engineering drawing using AUTOCAD and solidwork in my university and I'm interested in this area such as CAD documentation, landscape designing, 3D modeling for design analysis. I'm able to transform your ideas into actionable plans, I use Autodesk AutoCAD and Solidwork. Besides, I'm a fast and accurate typist. able to prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities; able to verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data. Moreover, I'm a Malaysian Chinese, and I'm able to speak and write English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay fluently. I have worked as personal assistant and did some translation jobs. I had worked for a china's company to translate their company profile, diaries and mobile app interface from English to Mandarin. Furthermore, I'm capable on dealing with customer's complaints as I have been working as part time customer service live chat in Ezbuy Company as well as event crews , which constantly assist customers to solve their issues encountered immediately.
