• Order Management to Revenue Management: Enhancing across Organizations (order management, fulfillment) in order to optimize working capital and improve profitability. And also to enhance speed of delivering business through simplified processes with effective controls to transform into a customer service oriented company.

• Change Management: Inculcate culture by implementing a structured training, coaching and mentoring program and creating innovation for process improvement and circle performance enhancement thru Functional Projects.


• HR Process Simplification: Performance based Appraisal systems, Employee Compensations/Increments considering Internal and External Parity (Hands on experience on Job Grading), Employee Manuals.

• Knowledge Management: Identifying the key activities which have helped in achieving success and showcase it thru Best Practices. Enhancing the functional efficiency and performance via replicating the Best Practices across circles.

• Process Designing and Process Stabilization: Facilitation in designing the new processes and stabilizing till maturity and change the processes accordingly

• Assist customers in their business excellence initiatives including cost reduction, continuous improvement and operations maturity with Dashboards etc further Build and own client relationships, securing commitment, Manage customer expectations and propose solutions to meet transformation
