I’m Keem Xu, a senior mechanical structural engineer based in Shanghai, China.
I have rich OEM development experience focusing on consumer electronics, personal care appliances and IoT devices.
I master SolidWorks 3D modeling, mechanism design, enclosure development, IP waterproof structural design, DFM optimization, tolerance analysis and engineering drawing output.
My projects cover injection molding, sheet metal, CNC prototyping, modular replaceable components and wireless charging integrated structures.
I support full-cycle product development from concept prototype iteration to mass production review.
I provide fully remote collaboration and adjust working hours to match clients in Europe and North America.

Work Terms

Fully remote cooperation. I adjust communication time to fit EU & US time zones.
Communication via platform message, Teams, Zoom or Google Meet for technical discussion.
Projects can be priced by hourly rate or fixed lump sum based on scope.
Milestone payment mode is preferred for large projects to reduce risks for both sides.
Deliverables include SolidWorks source files, step models, 2D engineering drawings and DFM suggestions.
Clear requirement confirmation at the start of projects; extra work beyond defined scope will be quoted separately.
