- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (flexible hours available upon request)
- Weekends: Closed (unless previously arranged for urgent projects)
- Holidays: Closed on major holidays (check calendar for specific dates)
Payment Terms:
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer (via secure online payment portal)
- Deposit: 50% deposit required to secure project booking (non-refundable)
- Balance: Remaining balance due upon project completion (within 30 days)
- Late Fees: 5% late fee applied to unpaid balances after 30 days
