My name is Kelsey Jackson, founder of KSJ Financial Solutions LLC, and I bring a 20+ year background in bookkeeping, payroll administration, financial operations, HR, and organizational management. My career has been built in environments that require accuracy, structure, confidentiality, and the ability to manage many moving parts at once. Over the years, I have supported nonprofits, small businesses, contractors, service providers, and multi-department organizations, helping them strengthen their financial systems and operate with clarity and confidence.
I started KSJ Financial Solutions LLC because I saw how many business owners were overwhelmed by the day-to-day financial details that keep a business running. For many, the struggle isn’t capability—it’s time, structure, and having a dependable partner who understands how to organize information, reconcile accounts, fix errors, prepare accurate reporting, and manage payroll with a steady hand. That is the role I step into for every client I work with.
My work includes full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliation, account cleanup, QuickBooks setup and optimization, payroll management, reporting packages, accounts payable and receivable organization, and administrative process improvement. I am comfortable stepping into systems that are behind, incomplete, or disorganized—and restoring them to order. My approach is detailed, calm, structured, and grounded in experience. I understand how numbers should flow, how information should be recorded, and how financial systems need to operate for a business to run smoothly.
Throughout my career, I have been trusted with managing financial records, overseeing payroll for multi-department teams, supporting executive leadership, handling confidential HR matters, and maintaining the operational backbone of organizations. I bring that same level of responsibility, integrity, and thoroughness to every client relationship. I believe in clear communication, dependable follow-through, and building systems that work for the long term—not quick fixes that fall apart later.
One of my strengths is identifying and correcting underlying issues that clients may not even realize are causing problems. Whether it’s years of uncategorized transactions, accounts that haven’t reconciled in months, a chart of accounts that no longer fits the business, or payroll settings that are misaligned—I specialize in restoring accuracy and creating workflows that prevent those issues from happening again. I make the complex understandable and the overwhelming manageable.

Communication:
• Messages answered promptly during business hours
• After-hours messages will be responded to the next business day
