I am a U.S.-based Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) with an MBA and over 30 years of accounting experience. Since 2018 I have worked in public bookkeeping, serving a diverse portfolio of small and mid-sized businesses across a wide range of industries — from professional services and technology startups to construction, healthcare, agriculture, and nonprofit organizations.

My background spans the full accounting cycle, from day-to-day transaction entry and reconciliations through month-end close, financial statement preparation, and year-end reporting. Before moving into public bookkeeping, I served as Financial Controller for a $25–36 million company, where I managed all financial operations, directed a team, and built reporting tools that gave leadership a clear, real-time picture of the business.

I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online and bring the same level of care and attention to every client, whether the engagement is a one-time cleanup or ongoing monthly support. I am comfortable with multi-entity structures, intercompany reconciliations, and the kind of complex, layered bookkeeping that requires experience to navigate well.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time. I am available for scheduled calls or screen-sharing sessions within those hours with advance notice.

Rate & Minimums
My standard hourly rate is $65. Ongoing monthly engagements are structured as retainers with a minimum monthly commitment. One-time and project-based work is quoted based on scope.

Payment Terms
I invoice on a regular billing cycle for ongoing engagements. Project-based work is invoiced upon completion or at agreed milestones. Payment is expected within 5 business days of invoice.
