I am an Environmental Scientist, Aquatic Toxicology Researcher, and University Lecturer with a strong passion for scientific communication, research, and clear storytelling. Work Terms

I offer a flexible working structure designed to give clients clarity, comfort, and consistent high-quality results. My goal is to make collaboration smooth, transparent, and easy for both of us.

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday, generally between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (WAT). I respond promptly to messages, usually within a few hours. For urgent projects, I can extend my working hours when needed.

Communication Style:
Clear, respectful, and timely communication is important to me. I prefer communicating through Guru for documentation and accountability. I provide regular progress updates so you are always aware of the status of your project.

Project Process:
Before starting any task, I take time to understand your goals, audience, requirements, and deadlines. If needed, I ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy. Once the project begins, I share updates, and deliver drafts or checkpoints depending on the scope. Final documents are provided in your preferred format (Word, PDF, etc.).

Payment Terms:
For small tasks, payment can be made upon delivery. For larger projects, I prefer using milestones so each stage can be reviewed and approved before moving forward to protect both parties.

Revisions:
I include reasonable revisions to ensure the final work meets your expectations. Revisions cover clarity and corrections within the original scope. Significant new additions or changes outside the initial brief may require an updated quote.

Confidentiality:
All documents and communication shared with me remain strictly confidential. I treat every project with professionalism and respect for your privacy.
