About

Kenya Moses is an operations executive with 24 years of experience that spans manufacturing, strategy development, M&A integration, supply chain and logistics, process optimization, and footprint expansion. He is currently the COO at NSI
Industries where he increases enterprise value through operation strategy development and execution, distribution planning, and M&A due diligence. In just two years, he’s played an integral part in NSI successfully scaling operations from three sites to 19 sites as a result of strategic acquisitions. This tripled employee size and quadrupled top-line revenue.

Prior to this role, Kenya spent eight years in senior management at various manufacturing companies. He actively led teams responsible for activities such as launching new product lines, acquiring new customer segments, and consolidating
facilities to achieve economies of scale. His experience stretches across 11 countries in the North American, LATAM, and European regions.

As the General Manager at Assa Abloy, an entrance solutions provider, Kenya oversaw a budget of $150M with 225 employees. Under his leadership, the company achieved an increase in EBITDA from 24% to 34%, surpassing the industry standard of 22%. While there, he was also part of a team that was awarded a patent in 2022 for a door
security technology.

Kenya holds a B.S. degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. His commitment to education and financial literacy is evidenced through his
mentorship work, his volunteer role as Treasurer on the Marvin Ridge Band Boosters board, and his highly sought-after public speaking to organizations like West Charlotte High School and Amazon’s CLT5. He was most recently appointed as a Director on the Communities in Schools board. In his spare time, Kenya enjoys woodworking, golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
