Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 19:00 (GMT+3, Istanbul)
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00 (GMT+3)
Sunday: Closed
We accommodate clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Flexible scheduling available for critical project phases.
Payment Terms:
Fixed-Price Projects: 40% to begin work, 30% upon milestone completion (agreed in advance), 30% upon final delivery and client approval. All payments via Guru SafePay for mutual protection.
Hourly Projects: Weekly invoicing via Guru platform. Detailed timesheets provided with every invoice.
Minimum Engagement: $500 for fixed-price projects. No minimum for hourly contracts.
Currency: USD preferred. EUR and GBP accepted at current exchange rates.
Preferred Communication:
All formal communication and file sharing through Guru Messaging.
Real-time collaboration via Slack or Discord (dedicated channel created for your project).
Video meetings via Zoom or Google Meet, scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. All sessions recorded and shared.
Weekly written progress reports every Friday — proactive transparency is our standard.
Project Organization:
We use Trello or Notion for task management. You receive full visibility into your project board.
Milestones are clearly defined before work begins. No scope changes without mutual agreement.
All code stored in a private repository. You receive full ownership from day one.
Revisions & Warranty:
Each deliverable includes 2 revision rounds within the agreed scope.
All projects come with a 30-day bug-fix warranty after delivery.
Post-warranty support available through monthly maintenance packages.
NDA & Intellectual Property:
We sign NDAs without hesitation — your ideas are completely protected.
Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights transfer to you. We retain no ownership or usage rights over your code, designs, or data.
