Hi, I'm Kerry a freelance fiction editor. I am passionate about what I do, which is helping writers (that's you) become confident and successful published authors.
I worked for over five years as a senior editor for an ESL publishing company. This is where I learned about deadlines, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Before then, I was an ESL teacher for almost fifteen years. I now work as a freelance proofreader for two US and UK publishers.
?I am a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP). This is a professional UK-based organisation for editors and proofreaders that promotes excellence in English language editing and which expects its members to abide by a code of practice.
Work Terms
My rates are $40 an hour.
Price per project is subject to time spent editing and word count. We can discuss price and how long it will take after I have seen a sample.
