Hi, I'm Kevin and I'm an Architect with experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
I have been an architect for 4 years and a renderer for 3 years. I am passionate about exterior design, landscaping, interior design. Especially the design of kitchens, since it is an environment where the family always comes together. I like how the design process starts from a blank page and translates into a clearer image.
I like to give solutions to my clients to be able to express themselves in a space and look for solutions to achieve a better result. Work Terms
To start working it is always necessary to have all the plans, sections, elevations and material schemes to be used in the modeling. Any image of reference and inspiration will always be welcome.
Regarding payments, a payment of 50% of the work must be made and the rest when delivering the final images. Payments will be made by payooner. NO other means of payment is accepted.
Up to 3 corrections that do not greatly affect modeling are allowed. To be able to communicate with me, do it by the means provided by the page.
