Hello I am Kevin Miller, I am 46 years old, married and father of my amazing son. I have 18 years of on the job AutoCAD experience in the Architectural industry. I have worked on residential architecture and commercial architecture jobs. I have 18 years of experience working with all building disciplines and coordinating a complete thorough set of construction documents. I have experience with processing plans through the building departments for permit processing. I well versed with the current 2016 California Building Code and IBC. I have experience with the construction administration phase of jobs.
Work Terms
work comes second to my family. my hours are M-F 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time. I will extend my hours if need to do a video conference call. Payment I prefer to be paid at 50% completion and 100% completion.
Preferred means of communication are phone, email, text, video conference ie ZOOM.
