Payment Terms
All projects must be funded through SafePay before work begins. Work will commence once the milestone is fully funded. Final documents are delivered upon submission through Guru, and payment is released upon client approval or automatically per Guru’s terms.
Scope of Work
Each project includes only the services agreed upon in the proposal. Additional revisions, research, or new documents may require a separate agreement or milestone.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is between 24–72 hours, depending on the complexity of the project. Urgent or expedited requests may be accommodated upon request.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Major changes or new instructions after delivery may require additional fees.
Communication
