Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Our team is available during these hours to discuss projects, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns. For urgent matters outside of these hours, please contact us via email, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Payment Terms
Initial Consultation: Free of charge
Project Deposit: 30% of the total project fee, due upon signing the contract
Progress Payments: 50% of the total project fee, divided into agreed-upon milestones
Final Payment: 20% of the total project fee, due upon project completion and client approval

Invoices will be issued at each payment milestone, with a payment due date of 15 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
