My name is Khalil Moore. I am a multimedia artist, video artist, and mixed media artist who lives and works in Dacula, GA. I have a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Communication with the concentration in animation. I have completed this degree at East Carolina University in December 2023.
I work in this type of media because it is a way to express my creativity through the use of computer-generated imagery. This is influenced by three-dimensional modeling and animation, which I enjoy. I am interested in creating three-dimensional modeled art that would benefit the community in the entertainment industry. I am also inspired by 2D animation because of how smooth it can be coming from rough sketches to its final product of movement.
The main subject of my work is animation, which is important to me because it involves my interest in creating images and/or 3D models that come to life. My art-making process consists of creating concept art, brainstorming, sketching, storyboarding (for animations), rendering (finalizing videos of animations), texturing, tweening (adding small details in-between frames of animations). This is important to understanding my work because it contributes to the entertainment industry, and that is important for happiness. The ideal exhibition space for my work is a website because it has the best representation of my 3D/2D projects, and what I intend on working on when I am out in the workforce.
