Working Experience
I have been working in the field of information technology since 2005. I started my career from a private software house based in Islamabad, where I served as software engineer and completed number of projects in various domains.My career in GOVT Sect was started back in year 2007 when i joined Joint Services Office Automation Project (JSOAP) team. Where I was directly involved in the analysis, design and development for the initial office automation project which ultimately transformed to e-Office. Since my joining in GOVT Sect, i am contributing in the development of various Govt components which were assigned to me from time to time. My major recent responsibilities are as follows:
a. Analysis,Design and Development
• I am regularly interacting with the team and management of ECM Directorate, Govt which is responsible for development and support of e-Office application.
• I am also responsible for hardcore development of Sent Items,Briefcase, Cabinet, File No, Document Tracking, Discuss Cases Pending Print, Dispatch, Physical Receipt, Initial Receipt and Migrated Document modules of e-Office.
b. R&D
• Org is involved in various R&D initiatives and based on the needs and requirements various members of different team are assigned the task to perform R&D in specific areas.
• Recently I was assigned to conduct R&D and implement an Education Management & Information System (EMIS) for The Science School, Govt. Based on extensive R&D and self efforts I completed the task assigned in flying colors within minimum possible time.
• I was also involved in the development of prototype for Site Emergency and Alarm System (SEAS) the project initiated from Director General.
c. Trainings & Knowledge Sharing
• Being a responsible senior member of the team, I conduct knowledge / Domain sharing sessions for the newly inductees as and when required.
d. Application Support
• e-Office application is based on IBM FileNet and deployed at Govt DC
