i have worked in Saudi Arabia for about 6 years, from year 2007 - 2013 as a Store Keeper, it was a flexible job and never had a rest day since then, but I learned a lot of things most especially on how to communicate into a different nationalities with a different languages, and talking about the job in a daily basis, its all about the data encoding, those electrical parts, mechanical parts and raw materials that i received and issued must be encoded to their main server. Afterwards, i decided to quit and stayed here in the Philippines to find more challenging job and to stay to my family as well. After a numerous times finding a challenging job, I joined in the BPO industry (a.k.a. call center), this is actually more different than my previous job in Saudi Arabia, i travelled from home to office, and 30 minutes before i start to work, tools should be up and running, so once I received a phone call from the customer, their account will be pull up automatically, customers' time is very important, so their businesses wont mess up. I worked to this industry for about 5 years, and I learned morethan what i have learned working in Saudi Arabia. Before call center, my communication skills are not good enough to relate and acknowledge the issue that they have, though the issues are already resolved but the feelings are not. Since then, with a complete education and acknowledge, those two words will giving you best satisfaction to the customers.

Work Terms

My possible work time and working hour would be daytime (Philippine time 8am - 4am), talking about payment, I don't an open bank account yet, but for now if its possible to have a payment transaction through Western Union.
