I approach every project with strategic clarity, operational rigor, and full commercial transparency. My attention is focused on understanding the nature, scope, and expectations of your project in depth—before execution begins.
Project Understanding: I request a clear written brief outlining the project type, goals, expected achievements, duration, and delivery expectations. This ensures alignment and accountability from day one.
Initial Planning Phase: I will prepare a detailed execution plan, including WBS, BOQ estimation, technical method statements, and milestone mapping. This forms the foundation for successful delivery.
Payment Terms:
50% advance upon agreement of scope and initial planning.
Remaining 50% to be released in milestone-based installments, as mutually agreed and tied to deliverables.
Milestone Agreement: Each milestone will be documented with clear targets, timelines, and expected outputs. This protects both parties and ensures measurable progress.
Communication & Reporting: I provide regular updates, written reports, and strategic recommendations throughout the engagement. Every achievement is tracked against the agreed goals and deadlines.
