Senior Manager Corporate FP&A with 23+ Years of Rich Progressive Invaluable Experience (Product Based as well as Service Based)

I have over 23+ years of rich progressive experience in end-to-end Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Accounting, Budgeting (Multi-Year), Forecasting, Variance Analysis with Commentary and a Global Suite of FP&A Reporting in a Leadership role both as an Individual Contributor as well as a People Manager for different kind of business models in Captive as well as BPO third-party client’s environments.
I am currently actively looking for a suitable role opportunity in Corporate FP&A. I have been working for Infosys BPM Ltd. Chennai as a Senior Manager – Corporate FP&A (Global Tower Leader) from 10-Feb-2021 to 04-Dec-2023 and currently looking for a suitable opportunity in any Fortune 500 Captive MNCs at Bengaluru/Bangalore. Also willing to travel at least about 50%.
Achievements/Specializations:
• Promoted to FP&A Tower Lead for Global Planning FP&A Operations for a team of +/- 25 people for a European Electronics giant with € 2.5 Billion turnover and reporting directly to the client Head of FP&A. I have had the privilege of contributing my expertise to esteemed organizations such as Fidelity, IBM, HP, NetApp, Infosys, and more. The largest team size worked along with is around 470+ including FTE & Contingent employees. 3 Onsite Business Visits to the USA (Atlanta-GA, New York-NY, San Francisco-CA and 1 onsite visit to Amsterdam and Eindhoven in the Netherlands).
• Support the design & implementation of SAP Legacy to SAP Cloud transformation of the latest financial systems from SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Latest Architecture 2023) which includes SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAC Planning Module, FIORI Apps, SAP ALM (Script Testing and Defect Creation), Group Reporting, Management Reporting/Accounting.
• Set up Data Modelling, Data Relationship with hierarchy mapping, and ETL Operations using the Power Query/Power BI with the dynamic data selection based on dropdown selection method reports and dashboards.
• Setup PMO FP&A for Large IT Projects/Contracts Portfolio for HP India Sales Pvt Ltd. along with the Revenue Recognition methods. Well-versed in USGAAP, IFRS, and Revenue Recognition under ASC 605 and 606, with knowledge of POC calculation (Design & Build).
• Leveraged success in restructuring working procedures and formulating cost-effective solutions for the calculation of performance scores, incentives, bonuses, and other rewards & recognition programs across all levels.
