Social skills and competences
During my time abroad –5 years spent in Germany, France and Ireland, I created deep connections with people of different origin and social status. I learned how to interact with them, how to understand them, how to know what they think, what they feel, what moves them. The result is many true friendships, some of them lasting until today, 10 years after I came back to my home country.

Organizational skills and competences
There have been different occasions where I was responsible for organizing the working process, no matter if at my current job, in MMORPGS, or while volunteering. While I inspire my team and let people use their own imagination and skills, I also require strict observance of deadlines. I am not afraid to raise my voice when needed. It is important to foresee any potential problems and to avoid them, but in the rare cases where I fail at that, I am focusing on the solution rather than on looking for the one to blame.

Artistic skills and competences
I am an active person. I do not settle for trivial stuff such as going to theatres or movies. Instead, I prefer to draw my own conclusions on what matters in life. My true love is ancient history. I have read very many books on this subject and I continue learning and thinking, I visit archaeological sites, I am regularly participating and writing in history communities and forums.

Motto
I believe that every experience can be educational. This is my motto, and I am trying to get the maximum of what the life that we live has to offer.
