Since 2002 I have been an independent consultant to small business owners, Business Valuation and Planning is the foundation of virtually everything I do. In order to obtain the credentials (NACVA) and provide accurate values a broad and deep understanding of small business fundamentals is a requirement. I package and present companies to buyers, sellers, banks, investors, strategic partnerships, potential customers and clients. My reports provide enough depth for the most sophisticated financial professionals and developed with the right mix of narrative, analyses and graphics to catch the eye of anyone reading the reports and presentations. I also have a rich list of active investors, lenders and buyout firms if capital is needed.
