Seeking a suitable position in International Business/Trade marketing to be able to contribute skills and experience in to Access to New Markets, Increased Revenue, Competitive Advantage.

Develop and implement robust contracts & procurement strategies to generate demand in the market place in
an optimal manner for securing third party services, equipment and materials in compliance with schedule,
quality requirements and best commercial terms
• Offer advice and provide support to Project Directors, Managers and Engineers on fundamental principles,
processes and procedures to be adopted in developing and implementing contracting strategies
• Ensure development and consistent application of prequalification processes, procedures, tendering, bid
clarification, evaluation and recommendation for contract award processes and procedures
• Develop, train and manage activities of a team of Contracts & Procurement Specialists
• Manage overall development and delivery (end-to-end implementation) of contracts & procurement strategies,
• tactics and contract management to maximize the value of spend
• Lead and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the supply market, including a strong understanding of
the drivers of value and cost for principal providers in the market
• Manage internal and external teams, including joint venture partners, governance boards, suppliers and
government bodies
• Ensure the collection, analysis, validation, maintenance and capture of information and market intelligence
relating to international engineering contracting market, particularly within the relevant operating regions
• Structure and manage contracts and agreements in a proactive manner with the objective of minimizing claims
and disputes
• Embed learning from other projects in CP strategies and execution plans, with particular focus on HSSE, ABC
and Quality requirements
• Lead and maintain full understanding of group governance, contracts & procurement policies and procedures,
contract review board processes, requisition-to-pay processes and Enterprise Resource Planning-related
processes and procedures
• Develop and share best practices, work processes, systems and tools, based on experience gained in a portfolio
of independent projects
• Manage an annual spend of more than $10 billion
• Maintain strong knowledge of risks in the market, and how best to respond and a clear view of the ways in which
market can be shaped in the most beneficial manner.
